1. Start with clean, damp hair. 
 2. Scoop a generous amount of the Deep Conditioning Hair Mask into your hands.
 3. Apply the mask evenly from root to tip, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends where hair is usually driest and most damaged.
 4. Gently massage the mask into your scalp and through your hair to ensure even coverage.
 5.Leave the mask on for 10-15 minutes to allow the nutrients to deeply penetrate and nourish your hair.
 6. Rinse thoroughly with Mild Shampoo until all product is washed out.
